Savoir faire was born from the desire of two professionals to bring their knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry to a much more intimate project where customers can enjoy and share a unique experience in their own house.

We are Nikita Romanov and Oriol Lizano. We are a tandem of kitchen and service with more than 20 years of experience in haute cuisine.
Since we found our passion, we have not stopped training, working in renowned restaurants such as: Via Veneto, Gaig, Enoteca, Dry Martini, Lasarte, among others.

Our vocation for the kitchen and the service makes Savoir Faire the best companion for a great host.
